Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, we collect the details you provide so we can respond to your enquiry. This may include your name, email address, phone number, course of interest and message.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect and block automated spam submissions. Turnstile may process technical signals required to confirm that the form is being used by a real visitor.
Cookies and local storage
The website stores your chosen text size in your browser using local storage. This is used only to remember whether you selected the small, medium (default) or large text setting. You can change it at any time using the text size control shown in the mobile header, or clear it through your browser settings.
The website also uses local storage to remember your light, system or dark theme preference, shown in the header on every page.
We do not use cookies to store these preferences, and no personal data is contained in this local storage.
Cloudflare Turnstile may use storage or access technologies that Cloudflare describes as strictly necessary for bot detection and security.
Analytics and marketing
We do not currently use advertising cookies, marketing cookies or third-party analytics cookies on this website.
How long we keep enquiries
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and manage any resulting training booking or business relationship.
Your choices
You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings. If you want us to review or delete an enquiry you have sent, contact us using the phone number above.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time, for example when the Cloudflare Turnstile security check is added to the live contact form. Any changes will be posted on this page.
